I enjoyed the spacious layout of my Standard Double Room. The kitchenette was fully equipped, allowing for some light cooking. The shower had amazing pressure, which was a great way to freshen up after a long journey. The rooftop pool offered nice views, though the water was a bit cold for swimming. The airport shuttle service worked well and made getting to the airport hassle-free. I do wish there were more breakfast options, as what I had was just adequate rather than impressive. Also, while the staff were friendly and the environment was clean, the noise from the nearby highway was disruptive at times, affecting my sleep. Overall, this hotel met my basic needs, but there is room for improvement in some areas.

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Double Room and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and super clean, and the shower had amazing pressure. I enjoyed a nice swim in the pool before my flight. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. 😊

The shuttle to the airport was super convenient and reliable! Staff were delightfully friendly and helpful, making my quick stay enjoyable and breezy, too!

While it was a comfortable stay, the pool was disappointingly cold, so swimming wasn’t really an option,, which was a letdown after a long flight.

Super chill spot for a quick layover! The room was, like, spacious and totally clean, which was awesome after a long flight. The staff was super friendly and the wi-fi was fast. Just wished the bathroom was a bit bigger—felt kinda tiny, you know? Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked bomb!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool on the top floor was a hit with my teenagers after our long flight. Plus, the shuttle service to the airport was quick and made our travel hassle-free. The room had great entertainment options with the LCD TV.

My kids wished there were more activities for families on-site.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the main Guarulhos exit, making it super convenient. The breakfast was delightful and the staff offered incredible service.

The spacious room included a well-equipped kitchen and offered fresh-cracked eggs at breakfast, enhancing the overall experience. However, the air conditioning was only available in the bedroom, making the main living area a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, while the staff were helpful, the hotel lacked some amenities for families, limiting our enjoyment during the stay. The pool could also use some improvement, as it was too cold for a comfortable swim.

The staff were really friendly, always willing to help, making check-in unbelievably smooth. One thing I noticed was how clean the room was, the shower had great pressure, and the AC worked like a charm, kept it nice and cool in the heat.

Had a great time with a group of friends! The food was surprisingly good, and the staff was helpful. We spent some time exploring activities nearby and enjoyed shopping at the outlets. The 32-inch LCD TV in the room kept us entertained during downtime.

However, the only downside was that we found the pool water to be too cold to swim in. So, keep that in mind if you're looking to take a dip.
